What is Heyou Ring?
Heyou is a pixel smart ring designed around two people. Its intended experience combines a physical button, a gentle vibration, and a picture that says “thinking of you.” The product is in development.

Try the pixel illustration, check connection requirements and product status, then join the launch list if the idea fits the way you stay close.
How does a little thought reach the other ring?
The intended flow connects a button press, phone and network delivery, a receiving vibration, and a picture revealed on raising a hand. Pressing and confirmed receipt are different stages.
How is Heyou different from a health-tracking ring?
Heyou is designed for expression and connection between two people. Choose it for a small shared language of pictures and gestures.

A language for two
Give your pixel language a shared meaning
A pixel picture can stand for a short meaning you agree on together. Begin with a few clear expressions rather than a complicated codebook.
Say “thinking of you” with a little thought
Agreeing that a short picture means “you crossed my mind” can make starting a small connection easier. It need not ask for an immediate reply.
A goodnight across different time zones
Before making a moon mean “goodnight,” discuss each other’s routines and receiving preferences. A gentle thought should not require someone to stay awake.
Keep the connection low-pressure
Agree that a picture is not attendance tracking or a test of affection. A late view or no immediate response should not automatically become a relationship judgment.
Can I customize pictures or play animations?
Pixel pictures are central to Heyou’s design. Explore the heart, moon and smile on the homepage, and follow product updates for picture and customization options.
Phones & connection
Why does the long-distance design use phones?
Heyou’s long-distance architecture links each ring to a phone over Bluetooth, then uses a network path between the phones. The phone bridges the ring and the distant person.
What does distance mean for Heyou?
Heyou’s long-distance design uses Bluetooth between each ring and phone, plus internet between the two people. Both ends need a working connection.
What happens without internet or a nearby phone?
Remote delivery is designed around a nearby phone and internet at both ends. Keep those connections available when using the long-distance experience.
Which phones and operating systems will be supported?
Phone platforms, operating-system requirements and app download information will be shared before pre-orders. Check compatibility for both people’s phones.
How will two rings be paired?
Heyou is being developed around a shared connection between two people. Follow the companion app instructions for setup when it becomes available.
The ring & design
Why a physical button?
Heyou’s input direction uses a physical button, not touch sensing. “Press once” means pressing a button, not touching any part of the ring to send.
What will the pixel display show?
Heyou’s pixel display is designed for small pictures with a shared meaning. Explore the website examples and follow updates for display details and picture options.
What does raise-to-view mean?
The intended receiving experience is a gentle vibration followed by raising your hand to reveal a picture, so you can choose a moment to look.
What is the receiving vibration for?
Heyou’s intended receiving cue is a gentle vibration that invites you to look at a little picture when you are ready.
How should I read the black-ring design and renders?
Explore Heyou’s black silhouette and pixel expression through the product images and concept film. Model dimensions and wearing information will be shared with the product details.
Launch & buying
The January 2027 Kickstarter pre-order plan
Heyou plans to open Kickstarter pre-orders in January 2027. Join the launch list for the official campaign announcement, purchase details and delivery schedule.
How to join the Heyou launch list
Enter your email and a feature suggestion, check email consent and submit. Wait for the saved-success message to confirm your signup.
Pricing, pairs, and subscription questions
Prices, ring combinations, accessories and any service charges will be shared with the pre-order offer. Join the launch list to receive purchase information.
How should two people choose ring sizes?
Choose a fit for each person separately. The Heyou sizing chart, available sizes and measurement guidance will be shared with pre-order information.
Launch regions, shipping, and gift timing
A pre-order plan is not a shipping schedule. Delivery regions, fulfillment dates, shipping charges, and after-sales conditions will be shared with confirmed sales information.
Everyday & wearing
Choose your first shared ritual
Begin with one clear, low-pressure moment instead of many daily obligations. Agree on what a gesture means before building expectations around device features.
What should I consider about wearing comfort?
Consider each person’s preferred finger, ring habits and daily activities. Check the model’s dimensions, weight and contact materials when choosing a fit.
Can I wash, shower, or swim with it?
Use the model-specific care guidance when deciding whether to wear Heyou around water. Water-use and cleaning instructions will be shared with the product.
Battery life, charging, and accessories
Battery and charging details will be shared with the product specifications. Consider how often you would like to charge and where two rings would fit into your routine.
Make room for work, activities, and time alone
Discuss activities where a ring or interruption is unwelcome. Sharing an expression does not require wearing a device all day or responding at every moment.
Troubleshooting & help
If a thought does not arrive, where should I start?
Check the sending action, ring-to-phone connection, internet and what the receiving person observed. Record one clear attempt before trying again.
Why avoid repeated presses after a delay?
When a result is unclear, pause and compare one action with observations at both ends before pressing again.
How to report an alert without a visible picture
Describe the vibration, hand movement, and display separately rather than saying only that a ring is broken. Avoid unofficial procedures or disassembly as a guessed repair.
What about a changed phone, a lost ring, or reconnecting?
For a changed phone, lost ring or reconnection question, contact the team with the device version and what changed. Use only the instructions for your device.
How to contact the Heyou team
Contact the team at service@sparock.ai. Include the question, relevant page, and only necessary device information. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or private conversations.

Signup keeps your email, feature suggestion, consent record, signup time, source and page language to manage launch updates.
How to unsubscribe or request deletion
Email service@sparock.ai to request stopping Heyou updates or deleting a signup. Identify the signup email; do not include passwords or verification codes.
What happens when someone wants to end a connection?
Both people should be free to pause or stop a shared connection. For a device or account change, contact the team for the instructions that match your version.
