Email service@sparock.ai to request stopping Heyou updates or deleting a signup. Identify the signup email; do not include passwords or verification codes.

## Say what you want handled
Stopping emails and deleting a signup are different requests. State whether you want only future notifications stopped, or the related registration removed as well, so the team can handle the intended scope.

## Provide only what is necessary
Where possible, write from the signup email, or identify that address clearly. Do not attach account passwords, payment information, identity documents, or someone else’s personal details. If further verification is needed, its purpose and necessary scope should be explained.
