# Launch regions, shipping, and gift timing

A pre-order plan is not a shipping schedule. Delivery regions, fulfillment dates, shipping charges, and after-sales conditions will be shared with confirmed sales information.

## Keep three dates separate
The start of pre-orders, production fulfillment, and actual arrival are different milestones. January 2027 describes the currently planned pre-order month, not a promise to receive a ring in January.

## Leave room for confirmation when planning a gift
For a birthday, anniversary, or trip, wait for specific delivery arrangements and limitations rather than promising an unannounced arrival. Joining the launch list also does not reserve a particular bundle.

## Cross-region questions to check
Check supported destinations, shipping charges and options for sending rings to two addresses. If a gift has a fixed date, compare it with the campaign’s delivery schedule before ordering.
