# How to report an alert without a visible picture

Describe the vibration, hand movement, and display separately rather than saying only that a ring is broken. Avoid unofficial procedures or disassembly as a guessed repair.

## Write down what you did observe
For example: “I felt one vibration at this time, then raised my hand and did not see a picture.” Add whether you were indoors or outdoors, moving or still, and whether another visible cue appeared.

## Describe the viewing conditions
Include the lighting, hand position and whether the ring had just vibrated. These details help the team distinguish viewing and wake behavior from a connection issue.

## Follow formal support procedures
Do not open the enclosure, try an unknown charger, or apply reset instructions written for another ring. Share the minimum useful evidence with the team. Model-specific troubleshooting and service procedures will be added with the product.
