# What happens without internet or a nearby phone?

Remote delivery is designed around a nearby phone and internet at both ends. Keep those connections available when using the long-distance experience.

## Check which connection is missing
Bluetooth links each ring to its nearby phone; internet connects the two people. If either route is unavailable, remote delivery can be interrupted.

## Follow the app’s connection guidance
Heyou and its companion app are in development. Reconnection guidance will be shared with the app. For a prototype or test device, use the instructions supplied for its version.

## Leave room for later
Agree that a little picture can be noticed later. Use a call or your usual messaging tool for urgent matters.
