# If a thought does not arrive, where should I start?

Check the sending action, ring-to-phone connection, internet and what the receiving person observed. Record one clear attempt before trying again.

## Ask about both ends of the route
Start with what happened at the sending end, then what was observed at the receiving end. Note local feedback and whether the phones were nearby with network access, rather than reporting only “it didn’t work.”

## Describe the receiving side
Note whether there was a vibration, a visible picture or neither. Use the app and device instructions for your version when checking the connection.

## Send minimal, useful evidence
Describe the approximate time, devices and versions, expected result, and actual observation. Do not include passwords, verification codes, complete private conversations, or the other person’s personal details. Verified operating steps will be added with the released product.
